Today Marks The Official End Of Summer 2017 In The Northern Hemisphere

Goodbye Summer 2017

1:02pm Pacific Standard Time today marked the Autumnal Equinox and the official end of Summer.

On this day both night and day are roughly the same length (at about 12 hours each) with Fall beginning in the Northern Hemisphere and Spring beginning in the Southern Hemisphere.

The next major seasonal event will be the Winter Solstice (the start of Winter) on Thursday, December 21 at 8:28am.
