FACULTY POSITION IN EARTH RESOURCES OR SURFACE PROCESSES:
The Department of Earth and Planetary Science at the University of California, Berkeley invites applicants for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor or – with appropriate qualifications – Associate Professor level, to begin July 1, 2013. We seek outstanding candidates in Earth and planetary science in fields broadly associated with resources and/or surface processes. Areas of research could include, but are not limited to: formation and evolution of fluid, mineral or other resources; biogeochemistry and low-temperature geochemistry; environmental geophysics; subsurface fluids; and geomorphology. Candidates with all backgrounds whose work falls in this broad area are welcome to apply.
