Nadine Spingola-Hutton advises the undergraduate students in the Department of Earth and Planetary Science. She provides in person, video online, chat, or telephone advising to current and prospective students. Nadine is working remotely during the spring break week, March 26-29 and is only available for online or phone appointments. The University is closed on Friday, March 30th in observance for the Cesar Chavez Holiday.
Please follow the steps for scheduling an appointment:

Step 1: Go to
Step 2: Select Login (you could use your Google account or social media).
Step 3: Choose meeting location (video meeting, telephone meeting, or in person at 305 McCone Hall). If you are scheduling a telephone meeting, please include you phone number under "Meeting Topic."
Step 4: Choose an available time slot. The time slots are for 30 minutes, so if you are a new major, ready to declare, or feel you would like more time to meet, feel free to schedule a second appointment for a full 1 hour meeting.
Step 5: Complete the Academic Advising Appointment Request Form. Once you schedule the appointment an email confirmation will be sent to you and you will have a meeting appointment set on your bCal.
