Nadine Spingola-Hutton advises the undergraduate students in the Department of Earth and Planetary Science. She provides in person, video online, chat, or telephone advising to current and prospective students.

Please follow the steps to schedule an appointment:

Step 1: Go to
Step 2: Select Login (you could use your Google account or social media).
Step 3: Choose meeting location (video meeting, telephone meeting, or in person at 305 McCone Hall). If you are scheduling a telephone meeting, please include you phone number under "Meeting Topic."
Step 4: Choose an available time slot. The time slots are for 30 minutes, so if you are a new major, ready to declare, or feel you would like more time to meet, feel free to schedule a second appointment for a full 1 hour meeting.
Step 5: Complete the Academic Advising Appointment Request Form. Once you schedule the appointment an email confirmation will be sent to you and you will have a meeting appointment set on your bCal.

**Please note that Nadine is working remotely July 26-August 6 and will only be available for video online or phone appointments.**
