5. Point Isabel (mudflats, tidal marsh, tide levels), Richmond (NOTE: this site must be visited twice to make tidal observations)
6. Ocean Beach (beach), San Francisco**
7. Point Pinole Regional Shoreline (tidal marsh), Pinole
8. The Bay Model (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers physical model of the San Francisco Bay & Delta System), Sausalito

**You may substitute another beach for Ocean Beach, but be sure to be clear about which beach you visited, and when you were there.
