Our laboratories are located in Hilgard (~3000 sq ft.) and McCone (~500 sq ft.) Halls on the UC Berkeley campus.

The majority of the microbiology and environmental geochemistry work is carried out in Hilgard; most nanoparticle synthesis and characterization is carried out in McCone Hall, the Chemistry Dept., or one of the campus or LBNL microscopy facilities.
