Earth & Planetary Science Faculty

We have a distinguished faculty that includes 10 emeriti professors, 17 professors, 3 associate professors, 1 assistant professors, 4 adjunct professors, 2 professors-in-residence, and 1 visiting professor. Seven faculty are members of the National Academy of Science (NAS) and one is a member of the National Academy of Engineering (NAE).

Like our department, our faculty reflects the broad interests and interdisciplinary nature of Earth and Planetary Science. They are represented by six categories: geology, geophysics, geochemistry, planetary geology, atmospheric science, and environmental earth science.
